Your GDPR rights
Data protection law gives individuals rights over their personal data. These rights are subject to conditions and exceptions, so they do not apply in exactly the same way in every situation.
- Access: ask whether we process your personal data and request a copy.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erasure: ask us to delete information where the legal conditions apply.
- Restriction: ask us to limit processing in certain circumstances.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing where the relevant conditions apply.
- Portability: request certain information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where this right applies.
- Withdraw consent: withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
How to make a request
Email support@digilogix.ie with the right you want to exercise and enough detail for us to locate the relevant information. We may request information to verify your identity and protect other people from unauthorised disclosure.
We normally respond within one month. If a request is complex or numerous, the applicable law may allow more time; if so, we will explain this.
Automated decisions
We do not use this landing page to make decisions about visitors solely through automated processing or profiling that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Supervisory authority
You can raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie. You may also contact the supervisory authority in the country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.
