Current cookie use
The public DailyCrypt Backup landing page is designed to work without advertising, analytics, social-media, or other non-essential tracking cookies. We do not currently use a marketing pixel, visitor analytics platform, embedded video, or third-party form on this page.
Strictly necessary technology
WordPress, the hosting platform, or security controls may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technical storage for functions such as administration, authentication, security, load handling, or remembering a setting needed to provide a service you requested. These technologies are not used by us to build an advertising profile.
WordPress administration and login areas can behave differently from the public landing page and may set authentication or session cookies when an administrator signs in.
Third-party requests
The public theme does not load Google Fonts or other optional third-party assets. The page contains email links; selecting one opens the visitor’s configured email application or mail service, which may have its own privacy and cookie practices.
Consent and changes
Where consent is legally required for a new non-essential cookie or similar technology, we will request consent before using it and provide a way to change or withdraw that choice. If the site’s technology changes, we will update this policy and add the relevant provider, purpose, and retention information.
